"Find What You Are Afraid Of"
VS
"Can Anyone Help Me"
VS
"Jason Silva"
- What are you most afraid of? Have you overcome that fear?
- What would you do if you knew you could not fail? Why?
- Would you rather live life not making connections with anyone, for fear of the risk that you may lose them?

I liked the second video the best. I found it really inspiring, I feel like sometimes we can all take some parts of our lives for granted and when you see someone giving it their all just to do the things we do on a daily basis it encourages you to do more and be more. For the longest time I was afraid of rejection and it stopped me from doing a lot of things I loved. I have recently began to overcome this fear, I got tired of living in someones shadow and not being myself. I think by facing this fear I've become a better person and I although I have some more work to do, the struggles I had to face have changed my lives.
I really liked the second video, I think that it's clearly the winner. I am most afraid of heights, I have no idea why I just am. I kind of got over it at the ex when I went on every single scary ride it made me think that it just takes courage and strength to overcome something you're afraid of.
I like the third video the best. I like his logic. That we should just make the most of what we have and enjoy our lives. I would rather life my life and make the most of the connections I make and people I love then to not make any connections for fear I will lose them. I think this opinion however depends on whether you believe on a heaven or a God or not.
I like the second video. Like wow I was inspired when watching, that was truly motivating and outgoing. I'm happy that he found happiness to his life instead of killing himself. I would clam mount Everest if I knew I wasn't going to fail, idk I've always wanted to like I dream of doing it with my best friend but I just shut down and say there's no way in the world I would be able to do that.
I liked the third video the best, it was kind of a cool point I've never really thought of before and it made me think a lot. The first two videos were also pretty cool but the third one was awesome.
I think I would make connections without fear of losing them. It kinda seems like a waste of your time on earth not caring for anyone in fear of losing them. That's like not going for your dreams in fear that you might fail which is kind of rudundant because isn't not trying equivilant to failing?
I think that the second video was my favorite. The man who had no arms or legs was really inspiring. Who are we to complain about what we do of don't have when people have so much less than we do, and are grateful for that? We need to remember to be grateful for what we do have, and not complain over what we don't have. If the man with no arms or legs can face life and be happy the way he is, why can't we?
I don't know what I would do if I could not fail. There are so many options out there. I think I would just do anything and everything that appealed to me, that I wanted to do, and life every moment of it to the fullest.
I liked the third video best. Although I didn't agree with the message, it was my favorite of the three. I think that if you were to live life without making connections with people you would be wasting your life. Everything and everyone will eventually pass one day and we just have to deal with it. If you lived life without family or friends just because you were afraid of losing them, what's the point? Instead of making connections for fear of losing them, you're not makin connections and you're going to be lonely throughout your life.
I really liked both the second and third videos. The second one was very interesting to see, that man is very strong to be able to live without arms and legs. The third video brought up great points about how we feel sad when we are happy. I've never thought about it like that, and I think it's very true.
To answer the third question, I would much rather live life making connections with people. It is natural to lose the people you love, and to feel sad when it happens. Living a life without making connections with people sounds worse than avoiding the pain of losing them.
I like the third video the best. It was really interesting. I never really thought as I looked out into the world that everything is eventually going to die. I've always thought about things the other way and how they're so alive. I would for sure not live life with out making connections in fear of me losing them. Friends and family is why I live. If I didn't have them I'd be no one, I'd have nothing. I think it's foolish to live your life without making connections.
I like the 3rd video the best because the guy in it makes some valid points. I think the message that he is trying to send is to not let your fear of losing someone stop you from loving them and to not stop you from making connections with other people. I don't think that I would want to live my life not making connections just to save my feelings. My point of view on that is eventually you will lose that. Person you love in the end. So you kind of just have to take a jump and be prepared for anything. I think that a life with out love really is not worth living. I think that's something that should be involved in everyone's life could be a significant other or a parent or even an animal. But I do think that love is an essential part if our existence as humans.
The winner is the second video, because it inspires me thr if someone with no legs or arms can do anything, than I can too. The other videos were really cool too. I liked how the first video showed that you can overcome any fear. It was inspiring to see people being courageous. The third video was really cool because of the way it displayed impermeance and how easy it can be to lose something because of how fragile the balance of life and death can be.
If I knew I could not fail, I would be a biologist, maybe a doctor, or surgeon, and maybe I would be a professional soccer player. I would also be a missionary, going around the world, or possibly a travel journalist. If I could not fail, I would not be only one thing.
I liked the third video the best. I like the guy and how he talked. He really captivated me to listen and here what he had to say. The images in the video also helped me pay attention.
I think life isn't complete without making connections. That's what life is about; living and making connections. If you lose someone along the way, you just do. It's life and you shouldn't spend time worrying about losing someone when you only have a certain time left. You'd be wasting life if you didn't try and hold onto important connections.
I liked the third video. That video make me think the most and was most informative. Everything that that video stated, made me thing; he's right, what of that happens. I would rather fear the risk of loosing people I love then not making connections In General. You still have to live your life to the fullest even with knowing that you'll one day loose someone or something. That can't stop you from being happy with yourself and happy with others.
My favourite video was the second one. I like videos that show the point but also relate to a story because I feel that it makes it more real and capable for anyone. I liked it because if someone who doesn't have any arms or legs, has never had any, can live life even more extrordinarily than most people, than we can make it through our own day to day lives.
If I knew that I could not fail I would do a lot of things. I would persue all my dreams and just aim for to change the things that are worth changing. I can still chase my dreams and such but to change things like world hunger and homelessness and poverty takes a long time and takes more than one person, even if you could not fail.
I think I like the second video and the last video best. The second video was really inspiring because it showed the true power of overcoming something you cannot change. Even though the man do not have legs or arms, he was still grateful to be alive. The last video was interesting because it sent the message of would you rather love life not making any connections or fear the risk that you may loose them? I would rather live life making connections with others around me because connections with people are what make us truly happy. If we lived life afraid of connecting with people around us we would live in fear and sadness.
I think the second video is the winer because you have to accomplish your goals if you don't do those goals you won't accomplish anything. If I lost a pet I will be sad but need care on with the rest of your life.

My favorite video was the second one. I thought it was really inspirational how the man learned to accept that he had no arms or legs and just live. He did some things that people who do have their arms and legs are still too scared to do. If I knew I could not fail there's a lot of things I would try to do. I'd probably work harder to achieve my goals. I'd do this because sometimes I feel like giving up because I don't believe that I will achieve but if I knew I could not fail I'd believe in myself much more.
The second video wins because it was so inspirational and moving the fact that the guy completed so much in his life and won't give up despite his handicap makes me wonder how little of accomplished in my life.
If I knew I would not fail I would probably try and live with no fear which relates to the first video, I would do that because think of the amount of accomplishments I could achieve would be endless.
I liked the second video the most because it showed someone inspirational who never gives up. I find things hard, so I can't even imagine trying to go through life without arms and legs. He's a strong dude.
I think I'm most afraid of opening up to people and commitment. It's hard for me to trust people and let them be in my life, so I prefer to push people away. I'm getting a lot better with it these days, but it's still a struggle. It's especially hard when you're trying to be in a relationship with someone and you have trouble trusting them. One day I'll get over this fear.
I would do my best in everything if I knew I couldn't fail. I tend to do a good job, but not my best because I hate trying my best & still failing. If you don't try your best & fail, you can say "well I didn't try hard enough" but if you put in 100%, how can you say you didn't try? It just sucks because you try so hard, but it's still not enough sometimes.
I hate losing people, so sometimes I hold them farther away from me so it doesn't suck as much when they leave. I mean, everyone leaves eventually, but I should really hold those I love closer to me. Time is limited so why not spend it with people you love?

I think the second video is the winner. It was an inspiring video. He showed that it is possible to overcome obstacles in your life. He has done things that I don't think anyone would think he would be able to do. He learned to surf and I didn't think he would be able to do that. He got married, had a kid and has been able to live a normal life. I think that is awesome.
If I could do do something and know it wouldn't fail I probably would do everything that I am afraid to do. I would face my fears and live my life to the fullest. I wouldn't be scared to do anything because I know wouldn't fail.
All videos were really inspiring, each one had me thinking and were interesting. but if I have to choose one I'll have to pick the second video because it was really inspiring to me to see a person with no arms or legs go do the things he does. He doesn't seem very down in life, he acts like every other person. I liked the points of the third video also. If I
could do anything and not fail I would want to work in a hospital and help people and do as much as I could. I've always wanted to be a doctor but scared for my sake that I would fail and I'm not good enough. I would build many things and work hard at whatever I'm doing. I would want to dance in many competitions and not be afraid to mess up or forget the dance.
Personally, I liked the third video the best because I really have me something to think about. I also thought the way it was presented was very effective with the music and clips of videos.
Personally, I would much rather make connections in life knowing that I am going to lose them versus not making connections at all. I feel this way, because in the end, life is all going to end for everything so why not make as many connections as you can and live life to the fullest? Instead of worrying about materialistic things and just make your goal in life to make connections and love as much as you can? That way you are never disappointed and can then live life to your absolute fullest.
On "How I met your Mother", Ted Mosby says " The beauty of a moment is that it’s fleeting. By its very nature, it slips through our fingers, making it that much more precious" I thought of this quote while watching the third video and I thought it was very relevant to this.

would have to say that I liked the second video the most. It was very truly inspiring.
The things the man was saying are words that will always stick with me. The facts about fear is that it stops more people then it has too. The man is right when he says you have to be grateful for what you have. You'll never have everything so make what you do have count. If I knew I could not fail, I would try everything. There is not just one thing I would want to do. I'd just want to do everything and live my life to the fullest. Which is sad, because you should be able to do that without having to worry. But you can't because fear stops you.
I think that the second video won because it made me realize what i have to look forward to in life and what I am and should be thankful for like something as simple as being able to walk. If I could do anyhing without failure, it would be to push myself to become the best hockey player in the world.
