The gorilla story is a heart felt story and that's why they win. People are affriad of animals like that but this guy risk his life to help out. That's brave and gives me a who new world to look at cause I always just hate all animals and didn't think they should be here. After seeing this animals are cute and can be friendly. I don't have any animals but if I did I would treat it right but I doubt I'll ever have one.

I liked the second video, Gorilla Encounter better. I was intrigued by the relationship between a man and a gorilla. It's such an odd thing to see someone have an actual friendship with gorilla. I'm used to seeing humans have relationships with cats or dogs, but it's weird to see the same type of relationship with a wild animal. I guess the most impactful encounter I've had with an animal would be my cats. I don't have any specific experiences, but I think my life would be different without them.

I enjoyed the second video more, just because it was more happy and didn't make me super sad. Those sad puppy commercials get me every time, so does Coldplay. I love seeing animal reunions, it's crazy to see how animals remember who you are and can relate emotion to those memories.

I think humans have good relationships with animals, I can tell a lot of people care deeply for their pets and think of them as apart of the family. I can't really think of an encounter that I've had with an animal that was powerful. My mom did bond with a stray dog in Moscow, and she said she almost cried when she had to leave it.

I think that the 2nd video about the gorilla wins. I think that it is an extremely heart touching video and it shows that animals remember things and they actually have a connection with with someone who has been nice to them. I think it also shows that people do have that connection with animals and it brings out certain emotions in us. I think one of the main connections I have had with an animal was with my dog. We got him when he was a puppy and he is my best friend. I think I just have that connection with him because he has been around for most of my life and just always been there. I think the other thing is dogs can tell human emotions because when I'm sad my dog seems to know and he comes and sits and lies on me and licks me but the licking is not special because he licks everyone. I think animals also have a or more tolerance then we do because I'm pretty sure my dogs hates me because I cuddle him and hug him and he hates that but if I'm still sad or I scratch him he will be nice to me.

My favourite video was the gorilla one because it shows how much more animals know than we think. It was really heart breaking to see the other video with abused animals, because they have brains, they have memories and they will remember it. They can feel pain, obviously.

The most impactful experience that I've had.. I don't know if I have one! Probably with my dog. Whenever I go back to my moms house after being at my dads, she is so happy. It's like you can tell that she actually missed me. She always knows when I'm home before I get inside just by the sound of my dads truck. Any other vehicle is just another vehicle to her, but my dads truck is a sound she has memorized. It's really cool to see how she can actually miss me and know who I am.

I liked the second video the best. I think the relationship between humans and animals can be really amazing. I think it's really cool how the gorilla remembered him after all those years. I never knew they could recognize someone after all that time. I don't know if I've had a specially rememberable moment with an animal. But the reason I like pets and animals so much is that they are forgiving and they always love you. Like if you're having a bad day they'll just sit with you.

I think the second video is better because it brings a better message to us in a way that animals are such beautiful creatures and that they can have an awesome relationship with any human.
The most impactful encounter I've had with an animal would be with my dog, I was laying in my bed and my dog hopped up and started to cuddle with me, eventually he started looking at me and he was trying to pull my head closer to his chest. Cutest thing ever.

I really enjoyed the second video, mostly because I couldn't watch the first one because me and sad dog videos don't mix well! I think it is so neat to see that an animal who is considered dangerous to approach, have feelings towards a human.
I have always had a dog in my life, but the one that I got for my 11th birthday, Molly is the most impactful encounter I have ever had with an animal. She almost haas a personality which makes me love her even more! She looks and acts certain ways depending on the circumstances around her. For example when we go on vacation and she sees our suitcases packed, she gets really sad and turns her back on us, giving us glances, trying to get us to stay.

I liked the second video better, I enjoyed seeing such a beautiful experience this man had with an animal that is usually seen as vicious or unapproachable and the fact that it remembered him after so many years is pretty amazing and I enjoyed watching it.
I personally think that some humans have too intimate of relationships with their pets or animals. I believe that it is ok to love your pet and I believe animals have feelings but I don't think an animal can ever replace a human. Some people value the lives of animals more than they value human life. A thought that came to me during the first video is that people cry about stray dogs being put down but there are some countries that allow euthanasia of children without their consent but no one takes notice of this. I understand the love a joy a pet can bring to you, and I love my dog dearly but I think some people can go a little overboard with their relationships with animals.

I think the second video was better because it didn't want to make me want to cry. Watching the first videos it makes you feel so guilty but the second video makes you realize the connection you can have with a pet if you truley love it. Both videos made me want to go home and grab my dog though.

I think humans have always had an unspoken bond with animals. It's a weird feeling like kind of an energy that you get from an animal that cant communicate with you at all but you can still understand it's feelings. The most impactful moment I had with an animal is when I first got my dog in grade 7. I was so happy I can still remember the feeling.

Unknown said...

I would say the second video won just because of how cool it is that after five years the gorilla still remembers him and showed love towards him and really just how much the it missed him.
I haven't had very many experiences with animals because my mom is allergic to all of them but I had a dog named Zoey when I was three I don't really remember the dog that much but apparently it was my best friend so that would be my most impactful moment.

To me the video with the gorilla won. It shows how great an animals emotions and memories can be. I thought that the relationship between the man and the gorilla was amazing even after not seeing each other for 10 years. It used a real life story particular story and that's what really got me.

The most impactful encounter I've had with an animal would have to be the times I spend with my cats. I'm not a very outdoorsy person by habit, so I haven't really run into many wild animals. So my cats are my closest non-human companions. I also love how one of my cats just follows me around the house when they come out because it's just special and cute because it's like he's waiting on you and is just ready for the journey even though it's only the house.

I liked the second video much more than the first one because the first one kinda made me sad for the dogs in a bad way, but the second one mad me sad/happy because of what the gorilla did in order to be with the man he hasn't seen in 5 years. The first video also made me feel like I was gonna go adopt 100 puppies but it's impossible so it made me even more sad.

Humans and animals share such a special bond between pet and owner and it could be really cute. Even if your pet is really mean you still love it, I had a dog once that would always bite my hand and face but I still always liked him and was really sad when he died. The most impactful experience I had with an animal was growing up with my childhood dog.

I liked the second video better because it had more of an impact on me. It showed the actual experience that the man had with the gorilla. The relationship that humans have with animals is a strong relationship where I think that they both need each other. The most impactful encounter that I have had with an animal is when I used to have a dog named Abbie and she would always lick my hand whenever I was crying and wouldn't stop until I stopped crying.

I preferred the second video, just because it had more emotion in it and had a better story. The first one was sad, but pictures and text on a screen combined with music are generally not very moving for me.

Humans and animals have an interesting relationship. Sometimes I think we personify our pets too much, but then they do something very cute/loving/human-like, and then I understand why we do it.

Probably the most impactful encounter I've had with an animal was when one of the cats at the camp I work at meowed at me, so I meowed back, and then we had a meowing conversation for the next ten minutes. I changed the pitch and volume of my meows, and it kind of felt like we were having a conversation, because the cat responded every time. Maybe it was only meaningful because I was pretty sleep-deprived at the time, but whatever, it was still awesome.

I liked the second video more because it's very personal and heartfelt. It was just so amazing that the gorilla rember the man even after 10 years and that he followed him home to stay with his friend. The relationship between humans and animals can in some cases surpass the relationships between two humans. It can be either amazing like the gorilla or a bit possessive. The most impact relation ship I've had with an animal was with my grandparents dog gibby. I had no pets of my own and he was basically my dog he was the highlight of my trips over there. They had to put him down this summer and I heartbroken.

I liked the second video better because it showed the relationship animals and humans have. Animals seem to have a better understanding of humans than humans themselves. Whenever I'm sad, my cat seems to know & he cuddles up with me.

I used to volunteer at a pet shelter and it made me really sad because I got to know all the animals and all I could think was, "I want them all! Why doesn't anyone want these cuties?!" Animals have different personalities so you really just need to find one that's compatible with yours. The animals at the shelter were so lonely, so starved for attention and it made me feel so bad. It was that experience that made me decide to always adopt, not shop. That experience at the shelter was probably the most impactful experience I've had with animals.

I enjoyed the second video more. I liked this one a little more because it really proves that animals can actually get attached to us humans. Every relationship we have with animals or our pets are different.
I am an animal lover myself. I own 2 dogs and a horse and love them very much. My two dogs were both rescued and now are apart of my family. Jackson, my two year old border collie was adopted last August and is my dog. I spotted him sitting all alone at the Winnipeg Rescue Shelter and knew I had to bring him home. To this day he knows he's mine and adores me. Not only is he my pet but he's definitely my best friend.

I really liked the gorilla video! I loved the relationship that he built with the gorilla and the fact that even after 5 years, they remembered each other. Not only did they remember each other, but they also acted as if they had always been friends. I've had a number of pets over the years, but my dog (that I currently have) and I are pretty much best friends. You always hear stories about kids and their dogs being best friends- its exactly like that. We can read each other so well (yes, we're cheesy). I just love her so much!!(:

I liked the second video better because it shows how animals only tend to be violent when they have a reason to be. It also didn't overwhelm me with sadness like the puppy one did. I hate watching those abandoned animal commercials because I just can't control the tears.
It's really neat to see how humans are so influential on animals. Animals adapt to their surroundings and learn to protect themselves when needed. If they are trained in a loving environment, that animal will tend to be not violent when it gets older. If they don't sense fear, there's no need for them to attack. With a little bit of dedication and TLC, I think that any animal can be tamed. I would say that the most influential encounter with an animal I've had is with my cat. There's not really one specific time, but she always likes to be by my side. She follows me around the house and lays on my homework and sleeps by my side. If she's not sleeping with me at night, she's always scratching at my door in the morning. It makes me so happy to see that I can make an animal so happy just by being with them.

I really enjoyed the story about the man and his gorilla friend. It was really heartwarming to see the unusual bond between and animal and a human, and how much the gorilla seemed to care for the man even after no contact for a long time. The bond between humans and animals is really quite bizarre and unique, we can accept them as merely animals, even perhaps soulless creatures depending on what you believe about them, yet their innocence of being an animal makes people fawn over them with such a unique affection. I don't recall any personal encounters I've had with animals specifically, though I'm sure it has happened.

I enjoyed the second video because I was feeling touched how the man reunited with this gorilla after they haven't see each other for so many years. When I watched the video I was wondering how can a gorilla can recognize the guy the he haven't seen for a long time that I surprised me. I loved animals and it makes me sad when animals were treated badly.

I really liked the video with the man and the gorilla! It shows how animals also have emotional connections with humans. We always talk about how a dog or animals is a "mans best friend" and how humans creat such an emotional bond with animals, but we never talk about how animals also creat such close ties with humans! Animals also feel emotions with humans and they get attached with us just like we do with them. The gorilla had such an emotional tie with the man. It was such an adorable story!
I think the my favourite experience with animals has been with the dog I have right now! Nothing insane has happened with him, but I love him so much! He is such an important part of my family and I don't know what I would do without him!

I like the second video better. I like the relationship between the man and the gorilla as it is very unique yet almost inspiring in a way. I don't think I've had a "powerful" encounter with an animal. I have two cats but nothing extreme has ever happened.

I liked the second video more. The relationship between the man and the gorilla was really touching. I think that a real video was more moving than just pictures. I liked how the second has a good ending and it made me feel happy opposed to the first which was depressing. My dog cookie has been the animal with the most impact with me. She will do anything and loves to follow me around, she my follower. I love going on walks with her and she is more pleasant to be around than many humans I know. I've had her since such a young age I think I will be in shambles when she passes.

Personally I think that the gorilla video wins, just because I think the story was very interesting. It was amazing to see the connection between a human and a gorilla especially because they hadn't seen each other for so long.

I feel like the relationship between human and animals are very important. Animals help humans greatly because they have a much simpler lifestyle than humans. We as people are very complicated with our lives and our feelings but animals are much more basic. This makes them much more reliable and very good friends to us humans.

I can't think of one specific moment where an animal has impacted my life, however I find great comfort in interacting with animals; dogs specifically.

i honestly liked both of the videos, but the gorilla and human video was pretty awesome how even an animal loves and missed him when he left i think its beautiful how you can build a relationship with animals, everyone needs love. its not that my cat has impacted my life but i had her for my first 15 years of my life and she was so loving and when i was sad she knew and woudnt stop nuzzling me until i smiled , building love between an animal and yourself is so cute i think its just amazing

The gorilla story had more of an impact on me so to me that one won. It was amazing to see the realtionship they developed and how the gorilla still remembered him after so many years. I think people and animals can have very strong, life changing connections. They can usually make us happier and since they can't talk, they show us their love and affection. My most powerful relationship with an animal would have been my dog keego that I got when I was about 4 years old, who sadly passed away a couple years ago. It was such a strong relationship that he would be one of the reasons I would look forward to going home and seeing him after suck a long day. And it's weird, he was always in a good mood and there for me in a way.

The second video really caught my attention for the fact that it was an wild
animal that can be harmful and the distance it went through to go find his human friend. It really opened my eyes how one animal can have such a powerful relationship. I thought it was crazy how long of a time period it was and then to have the animal remember was pretty amazing .
I think that it's the other way around animals have the powerful relationship with humans. Its really amazing how one single animal can develop such a powerful relation with a human and I think that's when it gets the human to have that mutual feeling back. I also feel that it doesn't have to be domestic animals either it really can happen to any wild or domestic animal I feel they all have that connection to humans some animals can show it more then others. The most impact encounter I had with animals was probably when I cry my animals know when I'm hurt. When a death was in my family and our emotion in the house was sad my dog knew and was calm the whole time or when I do something so small as stubbing my toe really hard my dog is always there and knows something is up.

I really enjoyed the second video about the gorilla. It was such an amazing thing to watch the gorilla, who had not seen his human friend for 5 years, remember him. People always say animals are so stupid, and we don't give them enough credit for how smart they really are. I think the most impactful encounter I've had with an animal would have to be with the puppy we just got. When we went to go pick one out, I waited for one of the puppies to come to me. And lily, our new puppy, slowly came over and started to sniff me and then climbed up on my leg and stayed there until we left. I just felt like she knew she was safe with me and my family, and it was a really nice moment. Now she's a crazy puppy!

The gorilla video was the winner for me by a landslide because it kind of reminded of the connection and how close I was with my cat Cheemoo.

The most impactful encounter I have had with an animal is with my cat Cheemoo. I had her since he was born till the day she passed away. And over the 10 years I had her, she was one of the closest in my life. She would always sit beside whenever I would play video games, listen to me talk about anything or everything, and sleep at the foot of my bed as a bodyguard. She has made my life so much more enjoyable and I will NEVER forget her.

I think the second video wins. It wins because it it was heart warming how the gorilla actually remembered the man. It made me almost cry. The fact that animals can Remember the humans even after they are let back into the wild is absolutely amazing! They have an amazing memory. It's truly fascinating.

I think the most impactful encounter I've had with an animal would have to be when I went away for a weekend and when I came home my dog was soo excited to see me. He couldn't contain himself he was so exited. He followed me around the whole night. It was the cutest thing ever. I like knowing that he missed me so much. It shows how much they truly love you.
