Kid president wins. The other one I didn't really get it, he talked way too fast and changed his positioning a lot and couldn't keep up. The kid president were just cute, giving us a perspective of his life and how easly he breaks. All they had was a dream and thanks to millions their dreams were reconize. I would create a giant beat box, just so people would listen to music where ever they are and what ever they are doing. Music makes the world better and makes you a happier person, without it the world would be dark.

I think that the kid president one wins. I feel like that it has changed my perspective on being resilient and to just keep going. I think that kid who's in it has really been resilient in the fact that he has had things to over come and his spirit is infectious. I think we all need to keep going no matter how bad it is. I also think that if we all had that kids spirit the world would be a much nicer place.

Kid President wins for me, I think because I don't really know who John Green and his community. Kid President is so inspiring, this child is also so happy and energetic. He has no care in the work AND DOSENT DO IT FOR FAME. Many youtbe channels people make are for fame and this one isn't. I love it. Kid President helped change my perspective on life. I feel like my grade 12 year is full of stress from test to work. But when I'm watching this hilarious child my worries go away. If I were to take life like him I feel like I wouldn't be stressed and much.

I think the kid president video won again because it was more interesting to watch. I would make the world a better place by walking around with a smile and being polite to strangers. I think just having a good attitude could make this world that much better

I didn't really understand the first video, so that is why the kid president wins in my opinion again. I liked how this time it wasn't just humour, it had a more serious tone but still had a cute and funny feel to it. I love how enthusiastic the kid is and how big hearted he is. I wish more kids were like him. Scratch that. I wish more people were like that. I feel like this video helped me to realize I should find the good in the bad. I should smile more, and compliment more. Say I love you more. Just do my best to try to change and to help better the world. We all should.

I think the kid president video would have to win out of these two videos, mostly because I didn't understand the first one. I like how one of the main goal of the kid president video is to stay positive and be kind to others. It's inspiring, especially coming from a young kid. This video helped changed my perspective on trying to see the good sides of things even when I'm unhappy. More people in our world need to take a step down from being negative or stressing constantly, because it isn't going to get you anywhere.

Again, I felt like both videos gave me something to think about and were very effective in changing my perspective. I personally liked the kid president one because he is so adorable and funny. The thing that's so great about him is that he is so innocent and looks at the world in such a simple way. People as we get older tend to make things more complicated. That's why kid president is so great because he does the opposite. I feel like both of these videos gave me perspective, the John Green one did because I liked how he told us a story about a difficult time in his life. He is obviously a very successful author and sometimes with people like that you forget that they are actually still humans who go through difficult times. The kid president video have me perspective when I learned more about kid president himself. It was said that he osteogenesis imperfecta, which means his bones are very fragile. His step brother then said "We started these videos because of his resilient spirit." That changed my perspective on these videos because it showed me that they actually mean something to these people versus someone just hiring a cute kid to play kid president.

It was a good day for videos.

I think the video that won would be kid president . His videos are always entertaining to watch. He can always make the audience laugh, which is always a good thing. It was easy to follow along and listen to what he had to say. The other video I personally wasn't interested in, I was confused at what point he was trying to get at. He was very jumpy when he would talk and it was hard to follow along.
The kid president made me realize that no matter what age you are and what you have or have not experienced in life there's always something you can do to amaze yourself or others. He really showed that all he wanted to do was make videos for fun and look what he is doing today. The boy has osteogenesis imperfection and he doesn't let that bother him or make obstacles, he continues his life like any other human being .

I think the kid president video wins because it was the video that was more interesting. It made me want to watch the video because it was funny and entertaining.
This video changed my perspective on life. It helped me do that because the video was saying that even if you have something that could stop you from playing sports or running around being a kid you can still have fun. Like the little boy probably couldn't play sports or anything because his bones break easily but he can have fun in other ways like making videos.

I liked the Kid President video better because I found it easier to follow. The John Green video was good, but he talked really fast and jumped around a lot. I also thought it was really inspiring to see how happy Robby is and how he can't stop dancing, despite his osteogenesis imperfecta.
These videos changed my perspective because they both show that no matter what is going on in your life, it's always possible to be happy. And if you're happy, chances are your problems will disappear faster. Like they say, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

This kid makes me happy. It is so cool how he can attract so many viewers by just having fun and being himself. These are the kind of videos I find inspiring, there isn't any heavy "you must do something awesome everyday and fix everything wrong with the world!!!" This kid is just having fun and being funny and bringing joy to others. It's cool to see how many people want to watch this kid. As for the John Green video, I really enjoyed it! It was a cool way to think about how good things can come from the bad, which I am a strong believer in. Even through all the horrible, terrible things he was feeling and going through, something wonderful came out of it- Looking for Alaska. There is no winner here, just a tie!

The video I liked the most was the Kid president video. I think that Kid president videos are just so funny and yet I can always relate to them and I understand them. Kid president is so relevant to everyday life and so inspiring, yet it never fails to make me laugh all the time!
These videos definitely changed my perspective in different ways. The John Greene video changed my perspective In the littlest ways like just to do your own thing and the littlest thing can inspire you. The Kid president video changed my perspective by teaching me that's it's okay to do the little things, because at the end of the day it's whatever makes you happy.

Unknown said...

I liked the kid president video better, but I could relate to John Green's video more. He's right - depression is something you have to deal with and it can ruin relationships. It affects every aspect of your life; eating, sleeping, friendships, family. Then again, the kid president video was way funnier and cuter.

Neither video changed my perspective, but it made me happy to see that Robbie can enjoy life & be happy even though he has OI. He's just a kid who wants to have fun - I don't think we should treat people differently because of the problems they have.

I liked the kid president video the best because I think it was better made. It looks like more effort went into making it and as sad as it sounds the first video didn't have a hook. The little kid is funny and e makes me want to come back and watch more videos

I'm not sure how I'm going to make the world awesome yet, that's the best part because I have all the time in the world.

For me it was very hard to stay interested while watching these two videos. I found the first one "perspective" to be very confusing. I was confused at the very beginning and just wasn't able to get into the video later on. John Green talked really fast and keeping up with what he was saying was hard for me. The second video I thought was cute. Anything kid president does Is adorable but I didn't find it eye catching. I guess I just prefer videos that talk about life and more important concepts.
If I were to create something to make the world more awesome, I think I'd have to do something that would help a huge part of the world. Help people in need of food, water and shelter. Not only would this help the world become more awesome and a better place but it would create better lives for many individuals.

Unknown said...

I liked the kid president video because the first video the guy talked way too fast and I didn't exactly get what he was trying to get across. The second video wins because the kid is so cute and pretty funny.

In order to make the world better I would just try and make the day better and better for myself and the people around me.

These videos helped Change my perspective by making me look at things different. I realize that there is always a bright side to everything, no matter how much a person changes they are still that same person. I think the kid president is the better video though just because it is so funny and the kid is so good at what he does. I couldn't imagine being around that kid he would have me laughing all the time.

I don't think I have a favourite out of the two videos, I enjoyed them both. I liked that both theses videos were encouraging to preserver through hard times, and that they shared personal experiences from two well known YouTube personalities. It's just a wake up call that things will only get better if you want them to be. It's your perspective on the situation that allows you to keep moving forward.
I don't think you need to create something to make the world more awesome but simply doing something instead of nothing. A little action to help someone once a day can change a persons life. A compliment, a smile or buying someone coffee. These are things I want to do more often, I want to make a difference in the community around me.

To me both videos were inspiring in slightly different ways. John Green had been dealing with a mental health issue while Kid President deals with his physical conditions- osteogenesis and imperfecta. Both could easily bring a person down, but both were positive and seemed happy in the end and that's what's inspiring. I would have to say that the John Green one was the winner to me. Maybe because he's an adult and it's easier for kids to be more positive so it would take more effort to stay positive and happy while you deal with your problems. That's why I think that video was slightly more inspiring.

"What will you create to make the world more awesome?" Well when I think of this question from Kid President I think of creating happy, positive things. I think creating positivity in itself is awesome and should be made more by everyone. Being happy and spreading that happiness even with something as simple as a smile is awesome even if that's all you manage to do. I think for myself I could also just laugh more, forgive more, and just love more. To me those are things that I can see myself doing easily that could make the world more awesome. It's important to do these things everyday and since lots of people do do awesome things like that on a daily basis, the world is already pretty amazing, but if everyone did something positive everyday, the world would be even better.

I think that the "Kid President" wins because it inspired me because he shows you and makes it interesting for you to watch and get what he's talking about.. The first video he was talking way to fast for me to really listen and understand what he was trying to tell us.. I think that if people we a lot nicer and understood things more it would be a better place.

I liked the John Greene one because it showed that a famous author doesn't have a glamorous life because of his books! It showed that he had heartbreak and depression! It also showed that even though he has books that are becoming best-sellers he is still really down to earth guy! It showed that he is just like any one of us! I think I can help make the world awesome by just spreading joy and being optimistic, and not complaining about little things! I think joy and happiness is so contagious that if you just show it people will grasp it and also become happy! Happiness and appreciation will make the work a better place!

the kid president definitely wins because A) He's adorable and B) The video seemed to have such a positive vibes to it! AH, I can't get over how fricken cute he is and how positive his attitude is toward life irregardless of his condition. But based on the video it seems so simple a fun to make and that its just something they do to have a good time.
To make the world more awesome I just want be able to make people smile at least once in their day. I'm not sure why but it seems like something that could be self fulfilling for me and more awesome for the people around me because who doesn't like to smile?

Unknown said...

Personally, I didn't really find either video very interesting or moving, which is hard for me to say for the fact that I love John Green, and kid president is just so adorable. Neither video seemed to have a very clear meaning behind them. It seemed as though John Green and both kid president and his brother in law were just rambling on to fill time in the videos they were making.
I don't think I need to create anything to make the world an awesome place, it already is but of course there is always room for improvement. If we all just agreed to be the best versions of ourselves I think the world would improve greatly.

I think the Kid president video wins because I didn't really understand the concept of the other video. He also talked way too fast so it was hard to understand. The kid president video changed my perspective on kids with diseases and how you can deal with things. Even though he looked like a normal kid he has to deal with a harsh disease under that smile that he put on for the whole video. He still has a good spirit and he has such a positive attitude and everyone chooses whether they want to be positive or not. Even if you have a disease or anything in your life goes wrong, you can still have a smile on your face and be in high spirits. I also learned that looks can be deceiving.

Both videos are tied for me. I appreciated the humour and resilience of Kid President, but I could relate to the John Green video better. I like how he can pack so much information into such a short video without it being overwhelming (although I have watched that video several times, so I might have a better understanding of it than if I'd only watched it once). I'm not sure either of them changed my perspective much, but it's cool to see the side of famous peoples' lives that don't get publicized.

In response to the question "what will you create to make the world more awesome," I don't know. I think the most important thing to create is community.
I'd also love to create some music that helps people the way music has helped me.

I liked the Kid President video better because the little kids charm grabbed my attention right away where with the John Green video I just started to get into it near the end.
The Kid President video changed my perspective a little bit. It showed that no matter what you're going through or what age you are, you can choose to be happy and have that kind of bright, glowing energy that makes other people smile or laugh.
Making the world more awesome to me can be as simple as making someone smile or making their day better, so I think that's what I will do.

Unknown said...

As much as I loved the Kid President video, I really enjoyed John Green's video- he wins. Perspective can really change how you think about your situation. Even if you're having a bad day, or are stuck in a rut of some sort, you should just look at where you were/and or where you're going.

Unknown said...

I enjoyed both videos, but if I had to pick a winner I would choose Kid President's video. Even though I felt like John Green's Video spoke a little more.I LOVE kid president's attitude which reminds me of my own perspectives. Along with the fact that his video was more professional.

"What will you create to make the world more awesome?"- Kid President
What I plan to do make the world more awesome is help out the gaming community. Whether it's making guides on champions, sharing strategies, or just help make better players/people. That is what I want to do in life.

I enjoyed the second video, kid president better. I thought the first one was kind I boring and he talked too fast to take in what he was saying. The message of kid president that I liked was that our goals in life shouldn't be making money, they should be to live the most enjoyable life we can live. The video made you think about how other people are being treated and how we can make everyone feel happy and enjoy life.

Unknown said...

I enjoyed both videos as I think the kid president is super adorable and makes great points, and I also love watching John Green's videos. It's hard to pick a winner out of two good videos, so I'm not going to. John Green's video made me think about how you can create something amazing from something not so amazing. You can't be happy without being sad at some point.

my favorite video was "kid president" because he's soo adorable for 1 and also he used humor to capture the audiences attention.

this video changed my perspective because there are people you look at and think there life is perfect but behind closed doors there is always some type of struggle and hard work to get them where they are . its all dedication

i think the kid president one is the greatest because he shows people that even though (in his case) he can break a bone way easier than others hes still smiling through everything even in the hospital bed he has a great smile on his face. people are so mean and negative nowadays all.you need to do is tell people.to have a fantastic day and that could change someones whole day. i would make a big fake hand on a stick and high 5 everyone! that would totally put a smile on their face. people just need to smile more and be told to have a fantastic day no matter what!

I like the Kid president video the best. It's really inspiring to see how much hope he has even with his condition and you can tell that making these videos gives him joy. I don't know how or what I will create to contribute to this world but I hope someday I can.

Unknown said...

I personally enjoyed the Kid President video better. I did enjoy the John Green video but I found that the point was hard to find. I did like the fact that after he went through the tough time in his life, he picked himself and wrote Looking For Alaska. It shows that if people try and get better, they really can.
I think to make the world more awesome, we all need to focus on being better people. I think if the world was full of happier and more positive people, we could definitely accomplish more
